Our Managing agent, Yvette, was very personable, reliable, responsive, and supportive. She always showed us respect (as tenants) and treated us with outstanding customer service. The house inspections were never intrusive, and any urgent matters were always addressed in a timely manner. The agency had great guides for moving in and moving out, and the information provided were very well organised (they even included a handbook!). It was a pleasure to be managed by them throughout our tenancy, and they were one of the best I've ever had.
